Temporary external lecturer for the pre-university Foundation Year programme at Frankfurt School of Finance and Management
Brief description of the study programme:
The two-semester Foundation Year taught entirely in English caters to students who would like to get a solid foundation before moving on to undergraduate studies in business, management or economics. It prepares students academically for the rigour of undergraduate studies at Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.
Brief description of the module:
The course introduces key concepts and the historical evolution of human behaviour in organisations. In addition to lectures and group discussions, real-world case studies and practical exercises throughout the course ensure that students learn how to apply organisational behaviour principles to address contemporary workplace challenges. The course aims to enhance students’ critical thinking, decision-making and interpersonal skills, preparing them for successful undergraduate studies.

- Leadership and management
- Communication in organizations

Your responsibilities:
- Develop and teach a pre-university level Organizational Behaviour course
- Create engaging and interactive lesson plans and assessments
- Ensure that course materials and instruction align with departmental goals and objectives
- Provide individualized attention and support to students to help them achieve their learning goals
Your qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in Business Psychology, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong background in organizational behavior, human resource management, and leadership
- Experience teaching the subject to young adults
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong commitment to student success and academic excellence
- Ability to work effectively as part of a structured educational programme
