FS Asia society brings together the Asian and international community at Frankfurt School through cultural gatherings, lectures, and workshops. Cultural gatherings have a social “Stammtisch” character for networking, Q&A sessions, or hands-on learning with experienced professionals. Expert lectures will be given by founders, researchers, and other professionals on various Asia-related topics. The Frankfurt School Business Forum is a student initiative that organizes an annual two-day congress. In cooperation with speakers and partners such as BlackRock, Roland Berger and BakerTilly, insights are thus provided into the topics of politics and business. It is not necessary to have a technical or computational background to learn how to code. It’s fairly easy, but it needs a lot of dedication to begin with and that is where FS Coding comes in.

FS Economy & Politics is an initiative that wants to encourage FS Students to think outside of the box by debating about current political and macroeconomic issues. Our initiative thus provides a platform for FS Students to broaden their horizons. Our events range from small get-togethers with our members to big speeches with known politicians and economists. The overall goal of the initiative is to establish a platform for people to learn together about the foundations of Entrepreneurship and innovation. Frankfurt School Middle Eastern Society is a student-run cultural society at Frankfurt School that seeks to promote an understanding and appreciation of Middle Eastern culture. FS Student Consulting is an official subsidiary of Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and listed company in the German trade register. Currently, we have 60 members, all highly-motivated students of Frankfurt School with various backgrounds across all levels of study.
TEDxFS is a yearly independently organized TED (Technology, Entertainment, Design) event and will display talks from various fields including medicine, neuroscience, entrepreneurship, and personal development. In TED's spirit of ideas worth spreading the events shall inspire people to further improve and to take on leadership within their chosen field. At the TEDxFS events, about 7 live speakers and 2 pre-recorded TED talks will be presented to the audience in order to spark vivid discussions.
Frankfurt School Toastmasters is Frankfurt School’s own Toastmasters club that is open to all members of the FS community: students, alumni and employees. At Frankfurt School Toastmasters we practice and improve our public speaking, communication and leadership skills through holding speeches, both prepared and improvised, give and receive constructive feedback, mentoring and peer learning as well as taking on leadership roles. Providing constructive and valuable feedback to each other is a key part of the club culture and an important part of your journey towards becoming a skilled speaker and strong leader.
FS Unity is a student initiative supporting the LGBTQIA+ community at Frankfurt School through representation, raising awareness, and organizing events related to the matter. We provide professional networking opportunities with LGBTQIA+ networks from various business areas. In addition to regular monthly meetings among members, FS Unity organizes campus events, career fair visits, and guest speeches, all aimed at connecting LGBTQIA+ students and professionals. We believe in the strength of unity – which we want to pursue by supporting those who are marginalised and discriminated against. FS Unity's vision is to continue to raise awareness around LGBTQIA+ related issues and strengthen the community at Frankfurt School.
FS Ventures offers an opportunity for exchange between startups from the Rhine-Main area and the students of Frankfurt School. Both sides can benefit from this: The students have the opportunity to get in direct contact with the founders and to receive important tips and experiences. Startups can present and advertise their product to an open-minded but critical target group. In the future, the focus will be even more on venture capital and the diverse financing possibilities for young companies.
FS Watches is an initiative aimed at individuals interested in watches and the luxury industry overall. During our meetings, we will discuss watches from a technical, historical, and financial perspective. Moreso, our aim is to get to experience the watches first hand, see where they are made and meet the people behind them. The initiative welcomes all whom are interested and requires affluence only in curiosity, not materialism.
FS Women in Business is a platform of female students within Frankfurt School. In our initiative, there are “seniors” experienced in different fields, as for example consulting, start-ups, banking or asset management. This way, other female students are able to ask questions and network. We invite alumnae to talk about their experiences and inspire others with their stories as well as to create opportunities to get to know them personally. Once a semester, we organize panel discussions and Q&A sessions with professionals.
