European Business Schools Ranking 2021

On May 11, 2020, the annual Executive Education Ranking of the Financial Times (FT) was published. Frankfurt School's Executive and Professional Education programmes reached 50th place in the "Open Enrolment" category, an improvement of eleven places over the previous year (2019: 61st place) and 22 places over 2018 (2018: 72nd place). This is the first time that Frankfurt School has been included in the global top 50 of all universities. In the in-house programmes offered for corporate clients category, Frankfurt School was ranked 76th. The ranking is based on assessments by participants, students and companies. The universities assessed must be internationally accredited by either EQUIS or AACBS. In addition to these endorsements, Frankfurt School also is certified by the Association of MBAs and thus has the so-called Triple Crown accreditation.

"We are very pleased that our Executive and Professional Education programme for specialists and managers is in such a good position in international comparison", said Professor Nils Stieglitz, President of Frankfurt School. "This placement and the enormous improvement over previous years’ rankings prove that we are setting the standards in financial and management education for all sectors and all career levels".

Excelling in four rankings

The Financial Times ranking is already the fourth-ranking in which Frankfurt School has done very well this year. At the beginning of May 2020, CHE University Ranking (Centre for Higher Education Development) 2020/21 was published. The bachelor programmes at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management make the top tier in eleven out of twelve categories and was able to improve significantly. In April 2020, Frankfurt School took fifth place in the business-administration-studies section of business magazine Wirtschaftswoche’s German university rankings, four places higher than 2019. This makes it the best private business school in Germany. In March 2020, Manager-Magazin also named Frankfurt School the best university for auditors.

"Our business school stands for Impact, Science and Excellence. We are very proud of our excellent position in four rankings and is a success for all employees who offer our students and seminar participants first-class teaching and advice.”
