The insights gained from the lessons and discussions as well as the contacts from the alumni network have been of great benefit to him personally and to his career. He is therefore convinced that FS graduates are equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to tackle the many complex challenges of our time and take on leadership positions. "You have the power to change, innovate, lead to make an impact," said Mark Hoff. He concluded by giving the students a piece of advice: "And never stop asking why or why not."
