Frankfurt School of Finance & Management ends 2024 with excellent results in international university rankings. The business school achieved very good results in both the Global Employability University Ranking and the Better World MBA Ranking, underlining its position as a leading business school in Germany and worldwide.

Excellent career prospects for FS graduates worldwide

In the latest Global Employability University Ranking (GEURS), Frankfurt School again demonstrates the high quality of its education and practical relevance. It once again took first place among German private universities and is also one of only eight German universities to make it into the international top 100. With a remarkable 77th place worldwide, Frankfurt School was able to improve its position by two places compared to the previous year.

For the ranking, HR managers from 33 countries across all sectors were asked which universities provide the best graduates in their opinion. They could choose from the 250 best universities worldwide and had to justify their choice. The ranking is based on a total of 129,126 votes. It was first published in 2010 and is the most frequently used ranking by HR managers worldwide.

Focus on sustainability: Better World MBA Ranking 2024

In the current Corporate Knights Better World MBA Ranking, Frankfurt School achieved second place in Germany and 31st place worldwide. The selection was based on the global top 100 MBA programmes of the Financial Times, the Princeton Review Best Green MBA list, the Corporate Knights Better World Top 40 Ranking 2023 and business schools accredited by the Association of MBAs, AACSB or EQUIS. In addition, all listed universities are signatories to the United Nations Principles for Responsible Management Education.

This year's ranking focused in particular on the proportion of mandatory courses in the MBA programmes that cover topics such as ESG, biodiversity or CO2 pricing. In addition, programmes that place graduates in non-profit organisations or sustainably oriented companies were also evaluated.
