Personal Details

Jiping Li is a Lecturer of Organizational Behavior. She received her doctoral degree at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Her research focuses on examining team process and dynamics through the lens of understanding how individuals react to team diversity issue. Her research projects cover topics related to team diversity, relational demography, status, emotions, and work identity.
